We are expanding our Vascular Surgery Sales Network!
Remington Medical is seeking Independent Sales Representatives to join our team and help lead the sales and marketing of VascuChek, the world’s first cordless surgical doppler cleared for intraoperative and subcutaneous use.
Are you an Independent Sales Representative with experience in medical devices and a strong network of vascular surgeons in your region? If so, we’d like to chat. By joining the VascuChek team, our Independent Sales Representatives will receive training to promote and sell our products to surgery centers, hospital systems, and more. You’ll have the freedom to manage your own schedule and income potential, with the support of the hard-working team at Remington Medical.
During our initial launch, we partnered primarily in the Southeastern United States. Now, we’re looking to collaborate with sales representatives who have a strong presence with vascular surgeons in any of the following regions:
New York City / New York State
New Jersey
Pennsylvania
Ohio
Illinois
Texas / Houston / Dallas
Oklahoma
California
Louisiana
Mississippi
Indiana
Massachusetts
Responsibilities of the Role Include:
- Become proficient in the VascuChek cordless surgical Doppler through training programs and independent study to effectively handle queries from vascular surgeons.
- Identify strategic growth opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key surgeon users, surgery centers, and hospitals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prospect for new business by identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and cold calling.
- Provide the necessary case coverage and in-service training as needed.
- Frequent communication with the company and documentation of relevant customer information, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Requirements Include:
- Sales experience within the medical device and healthcare industry, specifically in the field of vascular surgery.
- Experience navigating surgery centers and hospital systems procurement process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build rapport with healthcare professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of VascuChek products and services, with the ability to articulate their value proposition.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets
- Culture alignment with the broader Remington Medical team.
